The site’s design, function, contents, attachments and third party website references have been formatted to comply with ADA standards ensuring information on this site is accessible to all. Website ADA Compliance
In 2025, the City of Lake St. Croix Beach updated our website to comply with the required ADA website standards. This process utilized an ADA compatible website platform and operating architecture; a variety of accessibility assessment tools; an assessment review by the American Council of the Blind of completed site revisions, and development site management protocols. These combined efforts were undertaken in good faith to provide a fully assessable experience in accordance to the WACG 2.1 AA standards as adopted by the ADA.
While every effort has been made to comply with ADA website standards during the site updating process, we acknowledge certain elements of this site, its attached or linked materials, or reference to third party websites, may not conform to all current or future accessibility tools and technologies used by site visitors. ADA compliance issues may arise from situations outside of the City of Lake St. Croix Beach’s scope of site oversight or control such as: site operating platform updates that may cause breaks in the site architecture affecting ADA related formatting or function; or ADA compliance status of third party websites, for example.
